How to Add Polo Grounds to Your MLB The Show 26 Roster

In MLB The Show 26, the Polo Grounds is one of the most legendary stadiums. Unlike regular ballparks, you cannot buy it with Stubs or find it in standard packs. It’s a special reward you unlock by completing a milestone in Diamond Dynasty.

Here’s how to get it and add it to your game.

1. Complete the Triples Mission

The Polo Grounds is unlocked through the “Triples” mission in the My Legacy Program.

Goal: Record 30 triples in any Diamond Dynasty game mode (Conquest, Mini Seasons, Ranked, or Play vs CPU).

Tip: The triple count is cumulative. You don’t need to hit them all in one game—just keep playing.

2. Track Your Progress

To see how close you are:

Main Menu → Diamond Dynasty → Programs → My Legacy → Missions

This will show your current triple total and how many more you need.

3. Tips for Fast Unlocking

Hitting 30 triples can take some time, so try these strategies:

Use Fast Players: Load your lineup with players who have 90+ speed, like Corbin Carroll, Bobby Witt Jr., or Elly De La Cruz.

Pick Big Ballparks: Play in stadiums with deep gaps (Coors Field, Comerica Park) to stretch doubles into triples.

Directional Hitting: Hit the ball into the right-center or left-center gaps to give your runners more time to reach third.

4. Equip the Stadium

Once you hit your 30th triple:

The game will notify you that the Polo Grounds is added to your inventory.

To use it:

Diamond Dynasty: Go to Manage Squad → Settings/Customize → Stadium and select Polo Grounds as your Home Field.

Other Modes: It will appear in the Classic Stadiums list when choosing a ballpark in Franchise or Exhibition mode.
